JURIPOP BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTIONS

Following its annual general meeting, Juripop is pleased to announce the renewal of the terms of several members of its board of directors and to highlight the remarkable contributions of two directors whose terms have come to an end.

We would like to warmly congratulate the following members, whose commitment and vision will continue to guide Juripop in the pursuit of its mission:

• Andrée-Claude Bérubé – Chief Legal Officer, AtkinsRéalis
• Pierre Fournier-Simard – Director, Strategic Distribution, Northleaf Capital
• Julien Nepveu-Villeneuve – Senior Director, Public Affairs, TACT
• Julie-Catherine Pélissier – Director, Social Security and Equity Services, Centrale des syndicats du Québec

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Annick Désy and Ginette Laurencelle, whose terms on the board of directors are ending this year.

Ginette Laurencelle has been an ally from the very beginning. Present since Juripop’s founding, Ginette played a key role in securing our very first grant. Her unwavering commitment and belief in our mission helped lay the solid foundation on which our organization stands today.

Annick Désy, a specialist in human resources and organizational development, supported Juripop with rigor and kindness during a period of rapid growth. Her strategic advice and human touch enabled the organization to structure itself while remaining true to its values.

Juripop warmly thanks Ginette and Annick for their valuable contributions. Their time on the board of directors will leave a lasting mark.
