Lawyer, businesswoman and corporate director, Pascale Pageau founded Delegatus in 2005 and remains its president today. The Collectif continues to grow by continually questioning the status quo, reinventing ways of doing things, and evolving the practice of law.

While managing Delegatus, Pascale is involved in business and community circles. She is currently President of the Board of Directors of Juripop and the Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec. As a woman entrepreneur, she thrives on supporting local entrepreneurs and the advancement of women in business and the legal profession.

Andrée-Claude Bérubé , lawyer

Andrée-Claude Bérubé is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, including regulatory counsel in environmental, mining and energy law.

Since 2022, she is the General Counsel of AtkinsRéalis, where she leads the legal and integrity/ESG teams and plays an integral role in the execution of AtkinsRéalis’ global strategic plan.

Prior to this role, she was Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at AtkinsRéalis, where she worked closely with the Board of Directors and the business to improve the company’s governance practices and led the Legal team’s strategic transformation, implementing digital technologies and efficiency-driven initiatives to better serve the business.

Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Andrée-Claude served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Sherritt International Corporation, where she held various leadership positions in Toronto, Madagascar, and Cuba. Before Sherritt, she spent ten years with international law firm McCarthy Tétrault.

Andrée-Claude holds civil and common law degrees from McGill University and is a member of the Barreau du Quebec and the Law Society of Ontario.

Lawyer by training, MBA graduate and Executive VP, Annick is recognized for her ability to juggle the strategic, human and corporate aspects of the business issues facing the companies and customers she deals with. With over 15 years’ experience in HR, organizational development, change management, project management and communications, she is currently Head of Talent Management at TANK.

Amine holds the position of Senior Manager, Global Communications at Alimentation Couche-Tard, where he directs internal and external communications for the Canadian market, as well as government relations. Active in the Montreal business and community sectors, he actively supports a number of philanthropic initiatives, particularly in the visual arts. He sits on the board of Galeries L’Original and is involved with the Cercle des Jeunes Philanthropes du Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal. Amine holds a degree in international studies, specializing in law and governance, from the Université de Montréal.

A graduate in industrial relations and law from the Université de Montréal, Julien has ten years’ experience in public affairs. As part of his practice with public relations agency TACT, he has assisted dozens of organizations in various sectors with complex issues of crisis and reputational risk management, strategic communications and government relations. In addition to his involvement with Juripop, he sits on the boards of Théâtre du Nouveau Monde and ENSEMBLE pour le respect de la diversité, and is a governor of Fondation Émergence. He is also a guest lecturer at HEC Montréal and UQAM’s École des médias.

A lawyer by training, Sabrina has over ten years’ experience in “legaltech” and has contributed to major modernization and optimization projects for customers in Quebec, Canada and internationally. With her in-depth knowledge of delivering complex technological mandates, she effectively masters customers’ needs, identifies critical issues and demonstrates the human and cross-functional leadership that is essential when leading modern transformation projects.
