LEGAL ASSISTANCE

We determine the law applicable to your situation and advise you on your options. We may prepare a legal opinion or provide you with our opinion by telephone or in person.

COURT REPRESENTATION

We can enforce your rights in court. Representation may also involve drafting procedures and participating in mediation meetings or settlement conferences.*

 

*Representation is possible in the judicial districts of Montreal, Laval and Longueuil.

DRAFTING DOCUMENTS

If your situation has not yet gone to court (no application has been submitted to a court), you may still receive a formal notice or other correspondence to which you wish to respond. We analyze the correspondence you receive and can draft it on your behalf.

ACCOMPANIMENT IN NEGOTIATION AND MEDIATION

We promote dispute prevention and resolution outside the courts. We can help you identify a settlement method that meets your needs, prepare you to participate in a mediation meeting, or accompany you to one.
