Elections for Juripop’s Board of Directors
Juripop announces the addition of three new members to its board of directors: Sabrina Vigneux, David Jarry, and Amine Ndamama, and warmly thanks Mélanie Julien and Manon Durivage for their service as their terms come to an end.
NEW DIVERSE PROFILES
Sabrina Vigneux
A trained lawyer, Sabrina has over ten years of experience in legal technologies (“legaltech”) and has contributed to significant modernization and optimization projects for clients in Quebec, Canada, and internationally. With extensive knowledge in delivering complex technological mandates, she effectively understands client needs, identifies critical issues, and demonstrates human and cross-functional leadership—essential elements in managing modern transformation projects. She currently serves as Director of Technology Strategy Consulting and Transformation at KPMG.
David Jarry
David is a partner at BDO’s Montreal office. He has over twenty years of experience advising international companies on complex issues. He frequently presents at various events across Canada, the United States, and Europe. David has also been an active leader in numerous community, charitable, and professional organizations.
Amine Ndamama
Amine is the Senior Manager of Global Communications at Alimentation Couche-Tard, where he oversees internal and external communications for the Canadian market, as well as government relations. His expertise spans decision-making roles in both the private and public sectors. Active in Montreal’s business and community sectors, he actively supports several philanthropic initiatives, particularly in the visual arts. He sits on the board of Galeries L’Original and is involved with the Circle of Young Philanthropists at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Amine holds a degree in international studies, specializing in law and governance from the Université de Montréal.
NOTABLE INVOLVEMENTS
The terms of two members ended at Juripop’s last annual meeting on June 17, 2024.
Since joining the board in 2020, Manon Durivage has made significant contributions, particularly as chair of Juripop’s Audit Committee. Her expertise has been crucial in establishing rigorous accounting and financial processes, as well as initiating risk management efforts for the organization.
Mélanie Julien joined Juripop’s board in 2022. During her two years of involvement, she played a vital role with her expertise, especially in cybersecurity, significantly contributing to the strengthening of the organization’s processes and compliance. Her keen sense of governance and valuable advice were especially important concerning the implementation of Bill 25 on the protection of personal information of Quebec citizens.
“I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mélanie and Manon for their valuable contributions to Juripop’s mission over the past years. We are fortunate to have committed and competent individuals on our board. We are excited to work with Sabrina, Amine, and David, who will share their remarkable expertise with us.”
