JURIPOP HELPS TENANTS NAVIGATE TAL PROCEDURES

The right to housing is fundamental. With TAL’aide, Juripop will ensure that everyone has the tools to assert their rights before the TAL.

This new service, made possible thanks to the financial support of the Quebec Ministry of Justice, aims to offset the phenomenon of self-representation at the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) by providing free legal advice to people who have a hearing scheduled before the TAL.

TAL’aide is a fully personalized service available to all tenants who have a hearing scheduled before the Tribunal administratif du logement.

With TAL’aide, Juripop’s lawyers will be able, free of charge, to take a look at the litigants’ documents and prepare them for a hearing, advise them on the evidence to be presented and support them in identifying the arguments to be made before the tribunal.
